Prince George 2015 Industrial Warehouse Market Report
The “Industrial Warehouse Market Report” is a result of feedback about a shortage of industrial warehouse space in Prince George revealed through 154 interviews completed in 2014 as part of City of Prince George Economic Development’s Business Retention and Expansion Program. This report includes an analysis of the quality of existing warehouses in Prince George and outlines the strategies for better usage of existing warehouse space as well as for developing additional space.
2016 Prince George Business Retention & Expansion Strategy: Final Report
The City of Prince George’s Economic Development department staff conducted 65 interviews with local businesses during April to July 2016. Information gathered is used to guide future Business Retention and Expansion projects in order to retain businesses and assist with their expansion plans.

2014 Prince George Business Retention & Expansion Strategy: Final Report
The City of Prince George Economic Development staff conducted over 150 interviews with local businesses during July and August 2014 to set the stage for developing a Business Retention and Expansion (BRE) Program to retain businesses and assist with their expansion plans. The resulting “Prince George Business Retention & Expansion (BRE) Strategy: Final Report” includes a prioritized set of strategies that respond to the most prevalent challenges identified during the interviews and recommendations for creating an ongoing BRE Program.
Workforce Intelligence Study
In March 2014, the City of Prince George Economic Development department released the “Workforce Intelligence Study,” which is intended to inform the City of Prince George Economic Development department’s population attraction strategy and support local employers and job seekers in Prince George by alerting them to important trends and occupational shortages in the city’s economy and by providing detailed recommendations for addressing these challenges. The key findings of the study include: Economic Recovery, Workforce Shortages, Migration Patterns, A Perception Gap, Marketability of Prince George and Attraction Cities.
